Aqua Nail Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $40 for appointments that are up to 2 hours and $60 for longer appointments. For group bookings of 4 or more we require 48 hours notice, if you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose the 50% deposit. As such we require credit card details to secure your appointment.

These policies are in place out of respect for our nail artists and other clients, we have limited capacity and high demand. Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and prevent another client from taking that spot. We want to continue to provide the high level of service that defines Aqua Nail Spa, please help us do so by respecting this policy.

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure any booking, this will be refundable providing the cancellation policy is adhered to. Also please note, due to our limited availability we carefully allocate time slots to each client based on the specifics of their request, depending on your service and our schedules, if you are late we may not be able to provide the exact service that was originally booked due to the loss of time and it is at our discretion that a cancellation fee may be due.

In order to reserve an appointment with our salon a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.
If for any reason that you are dissatisfied with your service, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we are more than happy to offer a complimentary adjustment/fix within 7 days of when you were initially seen. We do not offer refunds.
